RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Here at Dream Hair Collection we value each and every one of our clients, therefore we have to adhere to a strict return policy.

REGULAR PRICED ITEMS 

Absolutely NO REFUNDS! Once you receive your order, you have 3 days to inspect hair for satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, IMMEDIATELY email . We will not exchange bundles that have been installed. Hair must be in original condition, unopened, in original packaging with all labels and tags attached. If your purchase meets this criteria, then we will exchange within 3 days of receipt of purchase for domestic and 7 days for international. Clients are responsible for return shipping fees.

REFUND POLICY ON SALE ITEMS 

Due to the nature of our hair, all Sale Hair Promotions and deals are final. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and inform us of your issue. While we have a strict NO REFUND policy for Sale items at our own discretion we may allow exchange. So please be sure of your purchase before check out. Shipping on sale its can take up to 14 days. If your items becomes out of stock or back ordered we will email you the status of your order.

REFUND POLICY CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS 

Due to the nature of our hair, all Custom Hair or Wigs and deals are final. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and inform us of your issue. While we have a strict NO REFUND policy for Custom Order  items at our own discretion we may allow exchange. So please be sure of your purchase before check out. Shipping on Custom Order Items  its can take up to 2-5 business before shipping out.
